The Wallyball rules are as follows:
PRE-GAME TOSS: A coin toss shall be made before the start of the first game of a match by the referee between the two (2) team captains.
PRE-GAME WARM-UP: Warm-up periods of three (3) minutes will be allotted each team, either on the playing court or at another designated site to be determined by the referee. If both teams warm-up on the playing court at the same time, the referee will allow 6 minutes for the warm-up. At the end of the warm-up period the referee shall sound the whistle to indicate play to begin. Once line-ups are verified, no changes can be made. Any corrections made by players due to error in preparing their line-up sheets shall be refused.
START OF GAME: The referee shall direct play to begin by calling the score to beckon the service to begin.
